Does section 51A Final Documentation come with the finish kit?

Don't think it came with my finish kit

Almost positive I did not receive that section with my finishing kit ... not at the airport at the moment, but I'll try to check for you later this afternoon unless somebody else chimes in.

For ELSA you get it a couple of weeks after you order the LAST of the kits, whichever that is for you. Typically engine or avionics.
