Section 20

Is Section 20 really only 4 pages? I don't have the other sections with me, but I was just wondering about that bottom row of holes on the aft bulkhead. I presume they show up in section 21?

Sect 20 is 4 pages. Bottom row is for rivetting the baggage floors in Sect 21.
