Seat skin overhang question

I’m drilling the holes into the top of the outer seat ribs for the seat skins. The directions say to leave .032 of the rib flange sticking out. I’ve done this, however, I don’t think that’s possible on the aft end of the seat skin in the last couple holes where it’s close to the F705 bulkhead. What did others do?

Edit: It looks like there is enough edge distance to just file the seat skin back to create the overhang needed. Does that sound reasonable or am I missing something?

I drilled all the seat skins this evening. I was able to maintain the .032 gap until the last two aft holes. I don’t see any other way as I can’t flex the rib any more that close to the bulkhead. I’ll wait to trim it back until I fit the side skins. Hopefully I did it right. I had to flute the $@*# out of the side ribs to get them to fit right.
