Seat Ribs Nutplate - Page 21-05 Step 7

Much to my chagrin I missed with my squeezer when I was riveting on of the nutplates in step 7. I ordered parts today to replace the left rib and all of its add-ons. I was hoping that I could get it straightened out enough that it would work.

So looking in the plans I couldn't find anywhere that was actually using that nutplate. Obviously I'm missing something.

Since I ordered the parts I'll probably just build a new one anyway, but my curiosity is up. What uses that nutplate (K-1000-3 on the left seat rib - from step 7)?

If you look ahead to section 32-04, step 2, I think you will find these are the flap handle attach points.
