Sealing fuel tank fasteners

Page 37-02 says it applies to every fastener. It says to spin the fastener shanks in sealer before insertion. I don't know how the Flamemaster sealant cures but is it possible to remove the screws around the fuel sender and the T-1209 access hole cover after it cures if necessary?

Yes - spin every fastener with the sealant, and yes - they can be readily unscrewed if necessary. I suggest that you plan on replacing the removed screws since it is a lot of work to clean off the old sealant - its quicker to just use new screws. Also, a thin spatula works well to gradually separate the cover from the tank - just take your time.
