I recently worked with Ian Jeffries on a purchase of a headset that he listed on here. Ian and I did a facetime call and everything with the transaction was perfect. Headset arrived as expected and is just as described.
Here's the rub and it's not with Ian: I had 2 other less desirable individuals POSING as Ian, reach out to me through email having somehow seen our DMs and wanted me to send money to their zelle accounts. When I suggested that we do a zoom/teams/facetime call, they ghosted in a hurry.
Just to reiterate the stickied warning above, ALWAYS verify.
