Sanding F-1095A for clearance?

Hi Guys
is this normal? the clearance issue? i have to sand the bracket so the bellcrank wont touch

Is that the trim setup?

It looks like you're missing some washers. Should have 2 AN960-10 washers between the crank and the eyelet and one between the eyelet and the bolt. Just like the other eyelet. Also it should be a locknut on the eyelet.

and the washers are missing of course, since i am assembling/Dissasembling many times, so to save time
