RV4 elevator balance

Balance while disconnected.
The balance can be done on the bench and is just for the elevators themselves with no influence from the torque tube pushrod. I balanced mine slightly nose down to compensate for paint. After paint they balanced level. You can add or subtract weight after paint if needed. When connected to the torque tube it may teeter but that is not to worry.
