RV14 aileron deflection angles

Helping builder who is trial fitting his ailerons to the wings. We notice the aileron leading edges scraping on the top wing skins during down deflection.
Can someone measure the up /down aileron deflection angles for a 14 so we can determine if we have clearance issues?

+25 / -15 Minimum
