RV12is engine applicability to oil spray nozzle SB

I have an RV12is in process. The engine data plate shows 912is 2 sport. Rotax SB 912 i-016 lists 912isc Sport and includes my engine S\N in the range. I’m confused if my engine model is part of the Rotax SB???

Is the 912is 2 Sport different than the 912isc Sport?

I have all the tooling to do the flow check but don’t want to do that if it’s not needed.

Thanks in advance

Yes they are different. Check the appendix at the end of the SB for a list of the 912is 2 Sport SNs that are affected.

I believe the "c" in "912isc" designates the certified version of the engine. Any idea what the "2" or "3" designates in "912is 2 Sport" or "912is 3 Sport"?

Where did you get the tooling? I also need to perform the SB and would be interested in borrowing if you’re able to share.

Here is the link I found. I had a friend with a 3D printer and he printed the tool. I ordered all the items they had listed here. I did the flow check today and it passed with a flow rate of over 5L/minute
