RV-8 Best Bose A20/30 Controller Location

I'm doing some planning for mounting a set of Bose A20/30 headsets and controller in the front seat of the RV-8. I've tried a few different locations, but nothing seems to working elegantly.

I'd like to have a hook to hang the headset, and a place that is out of the way for the controller. I want everything on the right side so there's no entanglement getting in and out of the airplane.

Current thought is on the right armrest, as you never rest your arm there (as it's not ergonomic) and having the Lemo jack on the former just aft of the arm rest.

Any better ideas? How did you do it? Pics appreciated.

Thanks,

Laird

If you want to use Lemo, that’s great, but I recommend still having standard plugs in there too while you are wiring..

Not a Bose but a Zulu on the LS above the footwell in a 3D printed bracket.. I just set the headset in the left footwell which is out of the way for how I get in and out. The jacks are in the front of the bulkhead just above the armrest and the controller.

I mounted my controller mount underneath the right armrest. I have my plugs on the vertical structure just after and route the cord across to my seatbelt.
