RV-6A first flight

I thought mine might be the last -6 to take its first flight, but I think there are still a bunch gestating in people’s garages.
 
Congratulations Rick! Very glad to see another "antique" RV take to the skies. I started building mine 29 years ago and am fortunate enough to have been flying it for the last 27 of those years. I love your video - it was great seeing those wing and fuselage jigs from the old days. My fuse jig went on to build at least two other airplanes, not sure if it got passed on again after that.
 
Outstanding! Congratulations. Always great to see another 6 in the air. Still the most popular RV of all time.
 
Congratulations, Rick. You should get a Perseverance Award. I hope you didn’t have someone ask if you were going to apply for an “NX” number…like someone did me. 😒
