FYI to others with the RV-12is, we had a weld on our oil cooler fail in flight at around 930hrs resulting in an in flight leak. Thankfully they were close to the airport and everything is fine.
We have a new cooler from Vans and the the old one is out to Pacific Oil Cooler Service to see if they can repair - https://www.oilcoolers.com/ .
