Who manufactures trailers for transporting RV-12 aircraft?

I don’t know of any commercially built specific trailer for the RV-12. However, I built my own trailer 11 years ago. If you scout around on VAF old threads you might find some pictures. Mine is open and very light, #2000 with the plane fully fueled. It has served me well until last year, at which time I was offered a “hangar”. Trailer is loaned out at the moment, to another RV-12 owner.

Attached picture shows my trailer and RV12. R & D Baker Trailers 541.998.4589. It is a tandem axle which helps with potholes but does not have suspension. Works great for the RV12 and I have made several trips with it. I’m in Northern Indiana.

Image attached shows the ramps extended. They tuck under the trailer bed when in transit. Electric winch installed at the front.

If you give me an email address, I can send you some pictures. I never did get around to plans/drawings. It’s very light and easy to pull, with a skilled helper (my wife) we can have the plane ready to preflight in less than 15 minutes. Once we were timed ( unbeknownst to me) at 11 minutes.
