RV-12 Interior Lighting - Skyview

Does anyone know when the RV12 interior light are supposed to come on? I know they work with the wing lighting but......

Does the interior lighting come on with the NAV/STROBE switch is the the NAV/STROBE position, The NAV Only position or in both positions?

Both the interior eyeball light and the autopilot disconnect light both dim with the Skyview display.

Interior lights come on with either of the nav positions.
