RV-12 30KIAS Max Wind Limitation

Would appreciate an explanation of what the Maximum Wind Limitation of 30 means. Thank you.

Wind limitations

If I remember correctly, the 30knot limitation is related to ground handling. RV-12 will have a hard time remaining on the ground while taxiing in a 30 knot wind. I've flown in 15-20 gusts to 25 without much drama. I won't leave the house if over 25k.
