I haven't flow yet and was going to ask the same before I did about the PSI.
I am going to balance the tire and rim assembly. I can see no reason not to balance them. There was a post by Vic Syracuse a little bit ago regarding shimmy and it was recommended to balance the wheels which had solved the problem others had. Pay special attention to properly seating and torquing the axel nuts to properly load the wheel bearings as well.
