RV 10 elevator

I damaged the right elevator on my rv 10 and the insurance company needs to know how many hours it will take to rebuild it.
I would appreciate any estimates you might have.

I had to replace my left elevator due to towbar/damage and I figure it cost about $1000 including all of the parts and paint. I think build time was around 30 hours. Paint and prep seemed to take longer.
