RV-10 C-GMMD comes to life

A huge milestone was passed today. After 4 years and one month of building we rolled this beauty out of the hangar and fired it up. The SDS system started up and the 540 ran great. We ran it for about 5-6 minutes and up to 1700 rpm and cycled the prop several times. It wants to fly so bad. Now we await final inspection, slap the cowlings on, wait for a flying day, then fly it like it was stolen!
If I could post a video of the first start I would .

Keep pounding those rivets and don’t give up.
