Routing Brake Line Through Bottom Skin

I'm trying to route the AN837-4D 45 deg brake line fitting through the bottom skin and the WD-1021 Landing Gear Mount. The plans say enlarge the hole in the skin to 5/8 but are silent on the hole in the landing gear mount. The landing gear mount hole seems too small for the fitting. It would seem this should be enlarged as well but haven't found anything directly on point and the plans aren't very specific.

It was ok on mine after I cleaned the excess powder coating from the inside of the hole in the mount.

Landing gear mount hole should be 7/16"
