If you’re open to possibly repairing the cracks, the guy in our EAA chapter that painted my plane is a magician with canopy repair. Guys from all over the country have sent him their damaged canopies for repair. Of course, you’d have to be willing to ship it to him in South Carolina. If you’d like to consider this option, PM me and I can give you his contact information.

Contact Jeff /Becky Rogers. This is the company that supplies canopy windscreens to Vans. You can purchase replacement directly from him.

When I spoke to them a few months ago, I was told I had to purchase it from Van's and depending on my location it would either ship from them or Vans.

Keep in mind replacing the canopy will be a major project requiring fiberglass work and painting. The RV-12 canopy build is arguably the most time consuming and difficult part of the build. The work involved may not be worth fixing a "few small cracks". I'd guess replacing the canopy plexiglass would take about the same amount of work as building it. Mine took two weeks building almost full time.
