Replace Engine Mount Isolator worthwhile

Has anyone replaced the isolators 22002-15 and noticed any difference? I am not talking about the soft ones a few years back but the correct ones with 5+ years on them or a lot of hours.
 
I'd try asking some AP at a flight school that uses RV-12s.

Maybe Glass Cockpit Aviation out of Boise ID, ask for Cammie Patch. They put a lot of hours on their planes.
