Rear empennage nutplates

On page 10-20, the aft-most k1000-06 nut plate gets dimpled, but the screw hole didn’t get dimpled.

I read through the instructions, but couldn’t understand what happens?

For the flush mounted inspection cover, the top 2 nut plates are k1000-06 that get countersunk? The other 6 are k1100-06’s? Just checking!

Yes aft most screw hole not dimpled.

Yes, on both inspection plate questions. Top picture is before countersink of the top two inspection plate holes, bottom is after. I dimpled the plate on all holes, and used my hand 3 blade deburr to do the countersink.
