Question on Page 7-12

Once the counter balance is added it refers to pillowing and how to fix this but im not sure I understand what its telling you to do in step 4 of this page.

It mentions "drilling a #30 hole between the two screws" what is there intent here? Thanks

Okay, so it would seem my kit and original plans are different than the latest version I printed. My rudder counter balance has two bolts with washers and nuts holding it. The newer version of the plans have nut plates. So is the above pillowing fix you adding a third screw there with a nut plate?

Sorry for the post I managed to dig around and figure it out. Added the CS4-4 like it called for.
