I can't find anywhere that this fuel tank pad, F-01204N, is addressed outside of the diagram. My question is how it is attached to the bulkhead. I know it will be with countersunk fasteners. Rivets or screws? The channel is thick enough for threading.

I think it might be self adhesive.

I’ll second that. It’s rolled up with a brown paper backing on the tape.

Well, that makes it a bunch easier. Thanks all. Side note, my kit started life as a Legacy. I'm doing all the upgrades the existing airframe will accept. That's why I didn't see a roll of the poly material.

It's attached on page 21iS/U-24 in step 8. I clamped mine down with large spring clamps for a week and it seems to have adhered well.
