Proper Wording

I hear that the wording in the first Airframe Log of a ELSA 12 must be specific.
Can anyone help with just what the wording should be. Getting close. 337JG

It doesn't have to be verbatim, but basically it should say;

I certify that this aircraft was built with materials and instructions provided by Vans Aircraft Inc. I have inspected it and consider it eligible for an experimental airworthiness certificate for the purpose of Operating Light-Sport Aircraft under the provisions of FAR part 21.191(i)(2).
