primer over Proseal?

Sanity check question: I want to touch up some parts of my tanks with either Akzo or rattle can primer. The tanks are finished and have preseal along many seams.

Is there a problem with the primer over some of the proseal?

Proseal will hold primer very well. We seal fairings and panels with proseal on the Learjets and Challengers at work then prime and paint with no issues.

There is no problem with primer over proseal.
