Pressurizing the RV-12iS Coolant System

We have a coolant leak (not in the radiator) somewhere in the coolant system. It doesn't leak when the engine is shut down. It only leaks when the engine is running. So far, we have been unable to find the source of the leak. We want to pressurize the system to see if we can locate the leak. Does anyone know how the coolant system can be pressurize?

If I'm reading this correctly, the procedure is in:

Rotax Line Maintenace Manual 912 i Series
CHECKING OF THE COOLING SYSTEM / RADIATOR CAP
05-50-00 Page 29

Ive never pressurized a coolant system before, but this section seems to outline how to apply pressure and check for leaks.

Thanks, this is exactly what I was looking for.
Thank you.

Best way to find leak (with no added pressure) is to use Coolant UV Dye and Black Light, both available on Amazon. Also, check weep hole on bottom of water pump...

Howdy there buck a rue. Have you removed all cowlings an pinched all the water hoses looking for leaks? Including the one you had to trim when you
installed the Rotax912iS engine.....

Check your radiator mounts and hoses. There was a upgrade on a new radiator and mounts for less stress areas
The costs is around 900.00
There is also an upgrade on your old radiator mounts too!
If you find a leaking radiator you can get it fixed at a local radiator shop too?

Have you had a Van's RV-12is radiator repaired?
I have a small leak on the lower capillary tube.
Thank you,
Bill
