Portable air conditioner in a 10

A fellow RV10 owner has purchased a portable air conditioner that runs of a lithium pack in it’s base. See picture.

The question is - is it ok do put it in the luggage compartment and then cut two 5” holes in the luggage bulkhead for the two exhaust pipes. Then just let the natural circulation draw out the hot air.

Or is it ok to cut a big rectangular hole in the bulkhead (with a frame strengthening it) in order to move it a bit back and let the two outlets just release the hot air into the tail one.

Then one more thought that came up, was terminating the two pipes onto louvre installed on the belly. I am very reluctant to cut big hole on the belly.

I will appreciate expert advice. Thank you.

Also considering an ac install in my 6 with the same system. Did you find a suitable location for exhaust vents?

Besides the structural question. My 10 has enough cabin air leaks (most likely thru the door seals near the hinge) that in flight air from the tail moved forward, thru the corregations on the bulkhead, and into the aft cabin. I stuffed foam insulation into all the bulkhead corregations. But without the foam, an air conditioner like this would have had the hot discharge air flowing forward back into the aft cabin
