Petit Jean

I’m not sure what your lodging plans are but I was able to get a room about two weeks ago. There is a webpage that tells you the procedure to register and the arrival information. I’m looking forward to my first trip there, It seems like every year I had a company flying trip come up.
There is a RNAV approach into one end of the airport if your so inclined.

Fuel will be available and discounted for attendees at Morrilton Municipal Airport (KBDQ) for the entire weekend. 9.7miles east of Petit Jean.
 
Alert for aircraft headed to the Petit Jean fly in. Airport manager at Morrilton Municipal (KBDQ) informed me that the airfield will be notamed closed Monday October 20 due to a construction project rebuilding runway lights for at least the next two weeks including the weekend of the fly in. The contractor has been late starting the project. Just beware and check NOTAM’s before heading our way for fuel the weekend of the fly in.
 
The Airport Manager at KRUE (Russellville Municipal), about 15 miles North West of Petit Jean, will have Self Serve for
$4.73/gal the Saturday and Sunday of the Petit Jean Fly In.
 
Bob is back!
Bob was spotted at Petit Jean today setting up the Air Boss tower for the event. Come on in on 122.9
