Page 9-2, Step 6: Mating E-903 and E-904

Fluting went well (thanks to the EAA video!). Holes are all straight.

Can the webs of the two parts (which are back-to-back) be bowed apart just a bit if the rivets are properly installed?

This was not really an issue.

It turned out we had not finished the fluting. Once that was done, everything was nice and flush.

FYI: the fluting method we used was learned from https://www.eaa.org/Videos/Hints-for-Homebuilders/Sheet-Metal/1786897202001
