Best way to get the 15 degree bend? Hand seamer moving down the line?

I placed the flange against a worktop and then bent the trim tab up so that the flange was bent. Bend, measure, bend, measure...

I'm trying to envision this and I'm stuck on trying to figure out how you made sure the bend was on the line--not too far aft or forward.

Did that even make sense?

Jeff,

I left the trim tabs in the form blocks with the skin cleco'd to the rear spar. Then I used hand seamers and did a little at a time -it's really not much of a bend. It came out just fine..
