Van's recently posted a revision for page 32-02 that now includes a standoff for the adel clamp that goes around the crossover brake lines. I had the right size aluminum tubing to make the standoff so I made one and installed it per the plans. It works perfectly at getting the brake lines away from the nut plates and the sheaths for the engine controls. I know several other builders had tried various methods to protect these lines from chafing but for those who have not, this is a pretty simple fix.
