Should the Static Line will be placed among the already tie-wrapped wiring harness? Or, what/how?

Surprised that the -14 doesn’t have two static ports, one on each side, and have them connected to balance any side slip..

Yes. Thank you. You confirmed my worst suspicions that, as was glaringly stated multiple times on several pages of the instructions(!), I should not have tightened the tie-wraps YET!!!
