Osh 26 places to stop from S FL on way there or back

Looking to make my first trip flying to osh outta the south FL area.

Anyone have some must stops for restaurants, cheap fuel, national park or something on the way up or back?

First stop will be in Tennessee or Kentucky for fuel.

Anything you wish you had done differently or brought along when you went?

We always stop for fuel in Ellington (LUG) just South of Nashville. Mainly because it's roughly halfway to Osh from our home base in Tampa so right in our wheelhouse of 3 to 3-1/2 hour legs and it usually has the lowest or near the lowest fuel price in the immediate area. Otherwise, it's nothing special. Being that it is a 7-hr trip my desire is to get there as quick as possible with minimal time on ground so we just gas, pee, and go. We eat snacks in the air. Plus we go IFR so I have an arrival slot reservation time I have to meet at Osh so minimizing time on ground helps with assuring we nail the arrival.
