Optional RV-12iS Powder Coated Instrument Panel

I have a question for those of you who ordered the optional powder coated instrument panel with silk screened placards:

Is the F-01246 tunnel cover that holds the throttle lever, AV-60000 power module, etc. also powder coated, or are only the three pieces for the main instrument panel powder coated?

The center console cover is powder coated with graphics applied.
