Open rivet holes after door installation

I'm about to clean up the door gaps on my RV-10 and wondering if the rivet holes in the fuselage that were left open for door alignment need to be filled (see arrow for example). I didn't see any rivet callouts for them in the plans but I suppose I could try to dimple it or maybe just CSK them and use an oops rivet. I plan to use this technique:

Is it a QB or SB?
Those holes should all be dimpled and the underlying longeron countersunk like the rest of them. They are just left open temporarily for clecoing the door skins.

If you haven’t dimpled them prior to now then just countersinking will do. No oops rivet required just a regular AN3-5 maybe 4.5 if countersunk not dimpled. See what fits best.

It’s a QB. I’ve had some luck blind dimpling with a male die and a rivet gun so I’ll try that first then machine CSK as needed. But it sounds like they’re supposed to be filled. - Thanks!

You won’t be able to dimple it because the longeron is behind. Will have to be countersunk.
I flew for a year with them empty and riveted them recently before paint.
Bit of a PITA to remove the inner panels again so best do it now for sure.

Got all the rivets installed, countersunk the skin. It was a lot less fun bucking those rivets with all the wire bundles in place but managed to get them all. Thanks again for the help.

I have a slow-build kit and will be attaching my cabin top soon. I have these rivet holes dimpled already but no rivets. Should I already have installed these rivets or is there a step for that in the future?
