Is it necessary to purge the oil system as called for in SB 13-04-05 step 9?
Looking at Rotax SI-912-018 oil purge procedures--I believe it states that system should be purged if the oil lines are removed or opened. If you just drain the reservoir and move the tank is that enough to cause air to get into the system?
