OIL COOLER 4" ROUND SHUTTER

Does anyone know of a source to purchase a 4 inch round aluminum shutter to put in above the oil cooler to control the airflow via push pull cable?

All the ones that I could find at the time fit in-line in scat tubing, rather than mount on a flat surface such as a cooling baffle. So I made my own.

This Airflow-systems one seems like a good choice, but would rather see a continuous weld bead to the flange rather than the four tack welds. But I would give it a try.
