My nose wheel seems to have excessive friction. As it casters and gets too far, it's difficult to to center.
Greased the fitting. Is there a recommended torque for the nut underneath?
Seems like it takes about 15-20 # of Pres to move it manually.

Yes, someone will chime in with the proper resistance (in pounds) I use a fish scale. It is important

The 14a KAI shows to torque the nut until a 26lb break-out force is reached. This measure at the axle.

Not sure about the RV-10, but the others should be 22-lbs as measured at the axle nut.

In this case more is better, helps prevent shimmy.

Where do you attach a weight pulley? Further from center is easier to pull with more distance
