Nose Wheel Bearings

So what is going on here? Do I need to tighten/loosen up the axel? Grease appears to be seeping between the wheel hubs and the bearings; happening on both sides.
RV-9A, new build with 6 hours total.

If it's like the main wheel bearings, a little bit of grease leaking out is normal. They don't have grease seals like a car.

Looks like some sort of adjustable axle spool /spacer in there, any side play on the bearings? Go to the supplier & ask how bearings should be adjusted. This would affect side seals as well as longevity of bearings.

Also if bearings were overpacked with grease, excess will work its way out.
