I think the image attached is from the fuse kit, but I'm not sure. I thought it was F-1004T-L and F-1004T-R but cannot find such a part number in the plans (yet).

Fuselage. They go near the landing gear on the skins.

I'm actually working with this part now. It goes on the inside of the doubler that goes over the carry thru spar. However, it has to get final drilled later in the process when the landing gear bracket is drilled. In this picture, it's clecoed to the inside.
