Missed Rudder Stiffener rivet

So some how I got my rudder fully assembled before noticing one hole on one of the stiffeners was missing a rivet. Should I just put a CCR264SS-3-2 in it? This is the same pop rivet that was called out in the corner where the clearance was to tight to squeeze one. Also, is the CCR264SS a Cherry Max rivet? Just curious how to identify those.

They are not cherry max they do not come in -3 sizes. Use what you have.

The default pulled rivet for this type of situation is the MK-319-BS.
