Manifold Pressure from #6 Cylinder

Anyone know if you can or can't use the #6 cylinder instead of #5 cylinder to hook up the manifold pressure line?

This would just be a way to get the line on the LH side of the aircraft and run it directly to the transducer block on the firewall.
