Main wing rivet callouts for W-1012 ribs

i noticed on page 14-5 step 3 and figure 2 on the page it calls for (4) AN470AD4-5 rivets in the 2nd and 3rd outboard most rib w-1012-L, left wing). But there are 8 holes in the rib when mounting it to the spar. Is this a typo and it should be calling for 8 rivets? Or if it is correct, which 4 holes get rivets now and which steps later on do you fill the remaining 4 holes on those 2 ribs?

The plans have a typo. Set a rivet in all rib to spar holes.
