Mag Cushions

I'm changing the magneto cushions on my left Slick mag. The part number is LW-13641. These seem slightly smaller and fit looser than the ones I'm replacing. They do have tabs on them. Is this normal??

There are at least a couple of different PN's for these.
Looking at an older Lyc IPC the LW-13641 has the tabs and should be correct.
The LW-12136 cushions were for the older retainers I think and didn't have the tabs.
I don't have a current IPC so not sure if there are other PN's.
