I'll apologize in advance for not using the proper lingo here....
I'm installing my Garmin avionics and I noticed the antenna connectors that are part of the "back plate" are loose (I can wiggle them). The nut on the back is snug but there is play in the coax cables where they enter the backplate. Is this by design so the coax cable connectors on the back plate can line up with connectors on the rear of the Garmin boxes as you slide them in? Not that it matters, but I'm installing the GNX-375 and GTR-205x. All three coax connectors (Comm, Transponder and GPS) are "loose".
