F-12101 is the proper part number for both ULS and iS. The catalog picture is wonky as it shows the part before the right and left sides are folded down to attach to "tail piece" to make it a "tunnel" to cover flap motor. Maybe sometime in past it was supplied that way and required a shop bend to fit, or someone grabbed the wrong CAD image. My very rough doodled up jpeg to show fold lines is attached.

If you look at the KAI for the iS, page 49iS-06 you will see the part number and a drawing of the part as it really appears.
