I recently became aware of Aeroweld exhaust systems (https://www.rotax912exhaust.com/en/) for use with Rotax 9-series engines, but I can't find information about their use in an RV-12. They're not bragging about it, so I'm guessing the pre-fab units have the wrong dimensions. If you have info about these units, or any other aftermarket suppliers of exhaust that would be compatible with the RV-12 912ULS combo, I'd sure like to hear about it.
