Lens falling out of Otto Switches

Our new student built RV-12IS is approaching the finish line and the avionics are being installed.

Somewhere along the assembly line one of our students have noted that both lens of our Lane A and Lane B switches are missing.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

My normal go to would be Mouser or Digikey but both are showing 60 days.

I have reached out to Vans and expect a response soon, however a quick google shows these switches are made in Chicago .

It happens. If you can find the errant lens on the floor just instant-glue it back in place. I was able to procure a replacement lens from Vans.
